Dr. Kevin Martinolich

Division Chief of Sleep Medicine, Medical Director

Dr. Kevin Martinolich is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine for Sleep Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine and by the American Board of Sleep Medicine. He received his MD degree from Albany Medical College and completed his internship and residency training at the Albany Medical Center where he served as Chief Resident in Internal Medicine. He then completed fellowship training in Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine at the University of Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has been working in clinical sleep medicine for over fourteen years. Dr, Martinolich received a Best Physicians "Top Doc" award for Sleep Medicine from his peers in 2012, 2013, and 2014.

Dr. Tina Dudney

Dr. Tina Dudney is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine for Sleep Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine and by the American Board of Sleep Medicine. She received her MD degree from the University of Tennessee, Memphis and completed her internship and residency at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville where she served as Chief Resident in Internal Medicine. She then completed fellowship training in Pulmonary, Critical Care Medicine at the University of Utah School of Medicine. Dr. Dudney has received numerous "Top Doc" awards for Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine from her peers. She also recieved a Best Physician "Top Doc" award for Sleep Medicine from her peers in 2013 and  2014.

Dr. Michael Eisenstadt

Dr. Michael Eisenstadt is certified by the American Boards of Sleep Medicine, Neurology and Medical Acupuncture. He has been working in clinical sleep medicine for over 25 years. He received his MD and PhD degrees from New York University where he was a NIH fellow (Medical Scientist Training Program). His internship was at Massachusetts General Hospital and he completed a residency in Neurology at Cornell-New York Hospital where he served as Chief Resident in Neurology at both New York Hospital and Memorial-Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Dr. Eisenstadt received a Best Physicians "Top Doc" award for Sleep Medicine from his peers in 2012, 2013 and 2014..

Barbara Salm, PA-C

Barbara Salm, PA-C received her BS in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh. She obtained her Physician Assistant degree from the University of Texas at Dallas, Southwestern Medical Center. She has worked in the field of Sleep Medicine since 2000 and has completed special training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for the Treatment of Insomnia.

Dr. Christopher Nolte

Dr. Christopher Nolte is board certified in both Neurology and Sleep Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Neurology. Dr. Nolte’s research in neuroscience is published in numerous peer-reviewed journals. He is an invited national guest lecturer, has received multiple honors and awards for his educational and professional efforts. Dr. Nolte serves as the Chair of Consortium of Neurology Residents and Fellows for the American Academy of Neurology. He is a Member of the American Academy of Neurology Patient Safety Subcommittee and a Graduate of the American Medical Association Foundation Health Literacy Train-the-Trainer Program. Dr. Nolte earned a Master of Science from Florida State University. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Vanderbilt University. Dr. Nolte completed his Internship and Residency at the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine. Additionally, Dr. Nolte is a Fellow in the Division of Sleep Medicine at Vanderbilt University.

Elizabeth Cox, NP

Elizabeth Cox, NP received both her Bachelors of Science and Master’s degree in nursing from the University of Tennessee. She is a native of Knoxville and has been practicing locally since 2008. She has experience in a variety of specialties in addition to sleep medicine including emergency medicine, trauma, critical care, and orthopedics. She has a strong loyalty to the East Tennessee area and a passion for volunteer work. She stays involved locally with Knox Area Rescue Ministries, as well as internationally with efforts in Nicaragua through the organization Amigos for Christ.

Dr. Arseniy Tsapenko

Dr. Arseniy V. Tsapenko is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine for Sleep Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine and by the American Board of Sleep Medicine. He received his MD degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internship at Beth Israel Medical Center and his residency at Rhode Island Hospital. Additionally, he completed fellowship training in Pulmonary, Critical Care Medicine at UT Graduate School of Medicine and Mary Hitchcock Memorial Hospital. Dr. Tsapenko is a current member of both the American College of Chest Physicians and the Society of Critical Care Medicine.
